Cancellation Policy
Just like the tailored treatment and attention I look forward to investing in you and your hair, each appointment time and its longevity is reserved just for you. To be respectful of everyone’s time, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
I understand that life happens to us all — emergencies, illness, unexpected situations, or truly just need to take a mental health day, I will ALWAYS do my best to accommodate should a moment arise. Communication is key, and I greatly appreciate you reaching out as soon as possible if something unavoidable comes up!
That said, to set a precedent of mutual respect, cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows will result in a 50% charge of the full scheduled service, as this time is difficult to refill on short notice as well as individual preparation for each client.
